"Not the greatest experience. Watch out."
I began the returns process after the Quick Detach connector on the Sport X strap failed (they’ve since updated it). The Customer Relations Team initially promised a direct replacement if I was okay with waiting, but they backed out of that deal a few days later. Make sure to request the upgraded QD connector, as the older version tends to disconnect without warning, based on what I’ve seen.

"Not Impressed at All"
Not impressed at all. I picked up a Curve Breathe Cross-Body Strap and a BlackRapid Hand Breathe Camera Strap. Both were pretty confusing to figure out at first. The hand strap includes a wrist support that feels kinda weak, and the hooks attaching to the hand strap seem flimsy. It's funny, considering how pricey these items are, I thought they’d be top-notch, but don’t be tricked—this is really disappointing and a total waste of cash. Honestly, I'm quite annoyed with this brand... but hey, their marketing is on point!

"Items I Ordered"
Items I ordered were, thankfully, on the smaller side. (Street Fighter vinyl figure) I received a message saying it was on its way in November 2018. No responses to my emails. Nothing at all. It never showed up.

"Ordered a Super Nintendo Mini from..."
I placed an order for a Super Nintendo Mini with Black Rapid on October 22nd, but it never showed up. On November 22nd, I got a recorded delivery letter stating there were delays with orders coming into the UK, and it would take another 21 days to get here. That never happened, and since I paid with Visa, how do I go about getting my money back?

I wish I could use stronger language, but seriously, steer clear of this one! I've contacted my bank and posted on Facebook to warn others. Money's tight during this season, and I don't want anyone else to get duped. They've even switched their name to Black Rapido!!!!!!

"Bought 2 Segways."
I bought 2 Segways. They took my money and confirmed the order, but no delivery has happened. They’ve completely ignored all my messages. The store is now called B rapido. Just a heads up!

"Fraud Alert"
Total fraud. I ordered a couple of Hoover boards. They sent me a tracking number, but what I got was just an invoice for special delivery that requires a signature. Now it shows as delivered. Pretty sneaky, huh? I'm really upset.

"Fraud Alert"
Fraud alert! I ordered a hoverboard along with some other items, but they sent me a bogus tracking number and completely ignored my messages. They even blocked me on Facebook. It's just appalling. Plus, they've switched their website from blackrapid.store to brapido.

A few weeks back, a coworker and I each ordered two hoverboards. Neither of us has seen our deliveries.

I've sent three emails, but no response. I can't even access my account. I have the email confirming my account and order, but my account isn’t recognized.

I've reached out to my bank and am filing a claim through VISA for a refund.

This shop doesn’t even deserve a single star!

I've been scammed too! Ordered a Segway along with some other items, and since I made the purchase, I've heard nothing from them! It's just disgusting how folks can treat others like this, especially during the holiday season!

Heads up! This company is a total scam. They’re super fast at grabbing your money, but good luck getting your order. Reaching out to them is a waste of time; you won’t hear back from anyone, whether it’s through email or social media. Seriously, steer clear!

We paid Blackrapid.store for 2 Segways, but they never shipped the items. They’ve been ghosting us and others we know who also placed orders. No replies to our emails at all.

"The strap keeps slipping off..."
The strap just won't hold tight on my shoulders. After just a few minutes of walking, it shifts to the thinner strap, and the padded one slides down to the bottom. It's super annoying! I had to use a paper clip on the sides to keep it in place.

"Used it for a wedding and I'm a fan!"
I’ve tried it out for a wedding and I really dig it! Carrying two cameras does put a bit of strain on one shoulder, but honestly, I prefer this setup way more than my previous one. It’s just spot on for using with a single camera.

"Fast Delivery of Enhanced Product"
The item showed up fast and was packed nicely. BlackRapid has made some upgrades to their swivel that attaches to the camera, using a sturdier material than the cheap metal they had before. My initial unit actually wore down the metal clip in two spots and let the camera fall - luckily just about a foot. I promised myself to keep a closer eye on it, but I was happy to see that the unit has been enhanced.
